Migrating Campsis to Campsisverse

All open-source Campsis R packages have migrated to the new campsisverse organization on GitHub.

As part of the ongoing evolution of the Campsis ecosystem, all open-source packages are being migrated from the original Calvagone GitHub organization to the dedicated campsisverse organization.

Why We Are Doing This

  • Independent Open-Source Home: Transitioning to campsisverse creates a focused, vendor-neutral hub dedicated entirely to open-source pharmacometric modeling, simulation, and NCA tools in R.
  • Unified Ecosystem: Housing all core packages (campsis, campsismod, campsisnca, campsismisc, campsisqual, campsistrans) under a single organization simplifies maintenance, improves CI/CD pipelines, and unifies documentation across the suite.
  • Long-Term Governance & Maintenance: This move ensures long-term sustainability, community transparency, and clearer distinction between open-source tools and external services or products.

Note: Special thanks to Calvagone for supporting the transition of the Campsis ecosystem to its independent open-source organization.
